Grazing Table

$60 per head

Grazing tables are ideal for events and functions that invite guest to move around and mingle. Guest can collect what they’d like from the table, at their leisure.

With a range of seasonal fresh produce, your grazing table on arrival will consist of a selection of antipasto’s, gourmet cheeses, a selection of cured and smoked meats, and seasonal produce of fruits, vegetables and condiments. Not forgetting oils, olives, dips and our selection of freshly baked breads. Served on a rustic wooden table with rustic timber boards and vintage platters.
 

Hearty Homemade finger foods:  

(Selection of 4, one per person)

• Single serves of hand cut rustic potato chips

• Single serves of hand cut rustic sweet potato chips

• Mac ’n cheese balls, with eggs and 5 cheeses

• Beef sliders with greens and beetroot pickle

• Kofta skewer selection with your choice of:

  • Prime lamb or beef lightly spiced than chargrilled

• Kebab skewer selection with your choice of:

  • Pork or chicken lightly spiced than char grilled

• Mini toasted BLTs

• Zucchini fingers marinated in garlic and basil then lightly battered and fried

• Chunky Slow cooked glazed pork belly

• Hearty house soup with rustic croutes made from fresh local seasonal produce

• Allpress espresso coffee and organic tea

• Side plates, side forks and cocktail napkins

• Tables are styled with vintage props (centrepieces and floral arrangements can be arranged at an additional cost)

Premium Grazing Table

$85 per head

Grazing tables are ideal for events and functions that invite guest to move around and mingle. Guests can collect what they’d like from the table, at their leisure. With a range of seasonal fresh produce, your  grazing table on arrival will consist of a selection of antipasto, gourmet cheeses, a selection of cured and smoked meats, seasonal produce of fruits, vegetables and condiments. Not forgetting oils, olives, dips and our generous selection of freshly baked breads. With the added extra of smoked salmon with capers and Spanish onion, house pates, roasted nuts, crackers and wafers. Served on a rustic wooden table with rustic timber boards and vintage platters.

Shared platters:

(Selection of 2 mains)

• Roast pork loin with traditional apple sauce and gravy

• Chargrilled chicken breast basted with seasonal herbs and spices

• Slow cooked roast beef and house made gravy

• Settlers vegetarian Lasagne

• Vegetable bake – layers of fresh local vegetables topped with mozzarella and parmesan

Sides:

(Selection of 2)

• Marsey’s Mac ‘n cheese, with eggs and 5 cheeses

Dessert Grazing Tables

Desert Grazing tables can be added as an extra cost. All our deserts are made from scratch using fresh local produce. Depending on the season, deserts can be a variety of things.

Celebration Cakes

Settlers Mulgoa can arrange for a celebration cake for your event or function at an added cost. We do not charge a cake-age fee per person for any guests who would like to bring along a celebration cake.

Bar Tabs

Settlers Mulgoa is fully licensed and for any event we can arrange for a bar tab to be operating on the night of your function. Our bar menu can be found on our web site. A bar tab will require a credit card to be left with the management for the duration of the function, until the final bill has been paid.
